Building Contracts Manager

Chris has over 25 years’ experience in the Construction and Property industry and has progressed through various Estimating and Quantity Surveying roles within the company to become the Groups’ Building Contracts Manager. Chris manages our overall estimating function and has a proven track record of ensuring effective Cost Management for Building projects, large and small.

As well as coordinating the Facilities Management functions across the Group Property Portfolio, Chris has a vast range of experience in the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects carried out for external Clients, many of which are repeat customers.
